Beautiful and cosy villa (400 m2) at the food of the Euganean hills and in the heart of the "Colli" nature reserve which is an ideal location for nature lovers and for thermal spa holidays. The villa is surrounded by a large enclosed and equipped lawn with swimming pool (6x12) (1/6-3/10) , table tennis, tennis shared with the PETRARCA 1 and 2 apartments. Shaded parking space.It is possible to hire bikes . Upon request possibility of organising dinners for the guests . You can book the same accommodation for 9 sleeping spaces under the name DOLCIACQUE 9 in this case the 2nd floor will be closed. Parking. Baby-beds available (Euro 50/week/each).Central heating. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
