Charming farmhouse with porch, split into two apartments. The grounds extend along the bottom of the woods of the Colli Euganei (Euganean hills). The house is surrounded by a beautiful and enclosed garden (17,000 m2) with tennis, swimming pool (6x12) (1/6-3/10) shared with another villa, table tennis . 4 bikes for hire (7 Euro/bike/day). On request guests can book: spa centre, guided horse-back excursions, mountain bike excursions, electric car and quad hire, cook. Shared laundry and ironing room. Shaded parking space. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Baby-beds available (Euro 50/week/each).Central heating. DISTANCES: Set in the heart of the Colli nature park which is a perfect starting point for nature trips or spa holidays (Abano Terme is 8 km away). 10 km Padua, 25 km Vicenza, 55 km Venice. 500 m food shop and in a radius of 4 km 3 golf courses, 7 km horse riding school.
ACCOMMODATION: (110 m2) Gr. fl.: living room/dining room (TV) with double divan bed, kitchen (oven, freezer), both with access to the garden. A wooden staircase leads to the 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath. Beautiful views of the park from all the rooms.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
