Anahola Bay , located on
the northeast shore of Kauia, has miles of white sand beach, perfect blue
waves and plenty of shells. The private Anahola Beach is a favourite of
surfers, boogie boarders, fishermen and sunbathers. |

The ancient Hawaiians originally
settled here and today Anahola Bay is considered sacred ground by the
Native Hawaiians. It therefore remains one of the least developed areas
of Kauai and one of the most desirable vacation spots on Kauai. It has
retained a natural Hawaiian village ambience. Its mountains are visible
from miles away and "Bali Hai" can be seen on the North Shore.
