Kapaa Resort truly portrays the serene beauty of Kauai, the “Garden Isle”. This resort is centrally located on the east coast between the Poipu and Princeville Resort areas. This area is home to beautiful beaches, great golf and a vast selection of restaurants and nightlife.

Kapa'a Beach County Park is just over 15 acres, and equipped with picnic tables, showers, toilets and grills. This park is located at the north end of town a great place to picnic and swim. Enjoy the lovely beach.

Nearby, the Coco Palms area provides one of the smoothest white sand beaches found in the Islands.

The Wailua Golf Course is also close by. This is one of the premier courses on Kauai.

Kapaa means "fixed" as in "fixed course". This friendly town was once the place where canoes, in the old days, would stop to get their bearings. From here it was easy to plan a straight course across the channel to Oahu.

Hourly inter-island flights are available between Honolulu and Lihue Airport, which is 15 minutes away.
