    All 3 bedrooms have TV and VCR with a library of movies, as well as stereo players and a library of tapes. Private 30 feet by 30 feet tiled sundeck with lounge chairs on top of house. Unit has tinted windows. Stereo surround sound in living room and master bedroom. Satellite System Direct DSS TV with 300+ US channels. The staff do everything daily; laundry, cleaning house, dishes, pool, cooking and serving etc. The guests buy their food at the chefs suggestion and all they have to do is relax and enjoy. There is a sundeck on the roof that is very private and would accommodate 20 people. This executive home is located on the best residential street that over looks Acapulco Bay, in the new section of Las Brises, where there are only 100 houses (luxury homes of 1 million dollars and upwards) and it's own private Beach Club. 24 hour gated private security.

    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to the private beach club, which guests may use, is about 10 minutes (approx 3 blocks). It is at the ocean edge with huge pool dock, and full service for drinks and food. It is private and the staff issue passes for it. Taxis are available 24 hours a day from the Radisson hotel nearby. Minutes from restaurants and discos.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 15 or more days prior.

    Credit card payments ONLY.

    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00AM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
