Master Bedroom

1 King Bed. Taking up half of the top floor, this beautiful, white marble-tiled room overlooks the ocean. In one corner, is a bay window with an oversized jacuzzi nestled up 3 stairs. There is a vanity counter, separate shower and w/c stalls as well as a beautiful dressing room with built-in drawers and closets. The TV and dvd player are in this room.

1 Queen Bed. Beautifully decorated, large room with walk-out to pool area. Self-controlled air conditioning, ample closet space and built-in drawers.

Breathtaking views from the balcony and master bedroom area. Overlooking the Pacific Ocean, you have views of La Roquetta Channel and uninhabited La Roquetta Island. Spactacular tequila sunsets and tequila sunrises. During migration periods, you will see whales go by. Truly breathtaking!

More Information

There is a huge communual party room which has a bar and two washrooms. It is currently painted as a charming children's play room and has an abundance of toys for the use of visiting children. Large enough to play kick ball, there are plenty of balls available for kids' use. Within the villa, there is a separate study with desk and bookshelves and also, a separate bar area off the dining room.

Distances

• It is about 15 miles to the airport. Owner will arrange for reputatable taxi to pick up guests and take them to villa.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Many, many world class courses in Acapulco.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You can easily walk to the Caletta area where there are lots of restaurants, markets and attractions. To reach the hustle & bustle of downtown Acapulco, you are about a 10 minute cab drive, which should cost you under 50 pesos. Cabs are readily available locally.
• Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is coarse sand. High up on the cliff, overlooking the Pacific and La Roqueta, but close enough to Caletta Beach to walk. The villa is 230 steps above the ocean level -- feels like 460 steps coming back up -- and it is not recommended that this be used as a beach. Just down the road -- walking distance, about 10 minutes -- is Caletta Beach or you can use the facilities at nearby Boca Chica Hotel if you want to swim in the ocean. Recommended that you enjoy the facilities of our spotless and usually private pool. If you want, go to Pie de La Cuesta Beach, which is about a 100 peso cab ride away and is a 7 mile long stretch of sand, where you can enjoy horseback riding, lots of beach side restaurants and surfing if you wish.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
