Property can hold 36 occupants, extra persons (over 14 occupants)charge $50.00 per person, per night. Weddings/large parties are not included in regular rates: Prices for wedding event or large party (150 people maximum, 7 night minimum stay required) is $2000USD extra. $2,500 USD/5nites; $3,000/4nites; $3500/nites; $5000/2nite or less; (No discount on holiday rates ie Christmas/New Year, Easter, Thanksgiving).

Kitchen has the best of everything, most are doubled, including the big barbecue. Dining room seats 28. Staff of 4 prepare food, maid service and laundry included in rental.

More Information

This 15,000 square foot villa is 1.5 miles from Pie de la Cuesta and Coyuca Lagoon. Ideal for 14 people, with total privacy (will sleep 32). Villa is brand new, completed March '05 and has the best of every amenity. There are 5 jacuzzis (2 outside). The 10 storey elevator has 4 stops - #1-Entrance, 5 car garage, house staff quarters; #2-Living room, pool (built in drink & head lounges in pool shallow area, kids pool) and the first apartment. #3-Palapa (has 1/2 bath, tables & bar, fridge & freezer for ice), and 2nd/3rd apartment. #4 is the Master Suite and Jr. Suite. Secure villa with high walls, 16 cameras, master locks, double bolt-steel doors, and armed security.

Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). 10 minutes from the Bay of Acapulco shopping, beaches and attractions on one side and 3 minutes from Pie de la Cuesta. There you can visit the famous and beautiful Coyuca Lagoon where you can take boat rides to visit the islands, bird sanctuary and enjoy watersports.
Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is rocky. This breathtaking villa is built into the cliffs right at the water's edge in Acapulco. There is a view of the diving platform for 50' dives into the ocean. There are steps right down to the small private beach below.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior.

Policies

Smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
