100 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to two night's rent) is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 30 or more days prior. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union Copy of ID required.
