The apartment sits high over the famous Acapulco divers - la Quebrada. There are views of both the ocean and the bay, with ocean breezes most days and nights. The property has two buildings, each with two apartments. This apartment shares with one other a rooftop shaded patio with fabulous views of both the ocean and the bay. There is a table with chairs and hammocks.

A ten minute downhill walk will bring you to the central park where there are outside cafes and many benches in the tree shaded park. Across from the park is the bay where sightseeing and fishing boats can be rented.

Any items not available can be borrowed from owner's apartment or purchased by owner if request is reasonable. The apartment has it's private garden and small shaded patio with table. There is an exquisite view of the Acapulco bay from the patio. A perfect place for eating, using a laptop, etc.

    Unit sits high over the ocean with exquisite views of the ocean and the coast as well as the bay. On the north side is a tree covered mountain slope to the ocean.

    • Airport is approximately 45 minutes from the apartment.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A short 10 minute walk (mostly downhill) to the center of town. Includes all services one would expect from a city center.
    • The apartment is located near several beaches. Easy walking on the beautiful Av Lopez Mateos, which sits above the coast until it drops down to the beach.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 2:00 PM.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $5.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
