    Our home is situated directly across the street from the Penticton Safety Village, a kids playground, and a large park/ball field. Our home is surrounded by large maple and evergreen trees, and located within walking distance to downtown, IGA, coffee shops, restaurants, and Penticton Plaza which has a Safeway store, neighborhood pub, and government liquor store. We have a private backyard, 20 X 70 ft, all stamped cement, with hot tub, patio furniture, bbq, surrounded by a 6 ft high cedar fence. We have recently built a 10x12 guest house in our backyard, with a futon bed and upper bunk, which increases our sleeping capacity to 14 (8 beds). Our guest house also has an air conditioner, 2pc ensuite and an outside shower. The front yard has a courtyard, again all stamped cement, with chimnea (wood burning fireplace), another 50 inch Panasonic plasma TV, with DVD/VCR, and a nice view, great for a peaceful evening outside. We have also recently built a fish pond with waterfall in our front yard. Please check out our photos.
