Thanks to its full-bed and its sofa, it can accommodate up to 4 people (the displayed price is for 2 people). It is ideal for 2 people or a couple with 2 children, but some people found it too small for 4 adults (don't forget it is only 30m2!). Please note that for monthly rentals, we can only accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. It has an all-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a microwave, a regular oven, a coffee maker, a toaster and all the dishes and kitchenwares you'll need for your stay. Thanks to the apartment electronic equipment, you'll be able to watch television, even the news in English (CNN, the BBC etc.) and in other languages, you'll get free wifi connection and you'll be able to call your home country for free (only landlines for most countries, but landlines and cell phones for the US and Canada). Our house is situated 15 kilometres away from the city of Heraklion, in the traditional village of Myrtia where there is also the "Nikos Kazantzakis" Museum. The museum has literally become a world spiritual pilgrimage.     Our completely modernized farmhouse is situated on a mountain-top overlooking the beautiful wide valley of the Conca de Barbera in the northern limits of the province of Tarragona, where we offer you a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. In your lounge in your separate apartment you'll find a scrap-book, full of information on places to see and visit, a short car ride away, apart from a walk up to the top part of the village for the views and to visit the 1000-year-old Romanic church and wander round the old village, or taking a walk in the local countryside to visit the ancient spring or to pick aromatic plants, there many interesting visits to be made locally. The windmills provide great wondering for younger visitors, and although initially their presence scared off most of our local eagle population, recently we have been noticing the return of soaring great birds of prey in the skies over the wide valley of the Conca. We are lucky to have brand-new 5-star thermal spring establishment of Rocallaura, extremely well-equipped and guaranteed to make you feel a new person in two hours. We have multi-ticket entries which reduce the price from 23 to 15€‚ all-in. We have also installed a steam sauna therapy shower cabin on the ground floor next to the yoga room; you feel 10 times better than taking a shower afterwards. Cost 3€ per session. With the village strategically situated on the Route of the Cisters, and the public rambling route Gr Saint James' Track passing in front of the house, giving easy access to the 3 famous historic monasteries, Santes Creus, historically fascinating, Vallbona de les Monges, quaint and still functionning, and Poblet, beautiful and much-appreciated. The local capital, Reus, is famous as Gaudi's birthplace, with an interesting 5-floor visitor centre and a walking route through the town visiting the 28 outstanding Noucentista houses.
