This room features a fireplace, skylight, floor-to-ceiling windows and new hardwood floors. The furniture is all brand new with modern/luxury decor. The couch folds out into a double bed to accommodate an extra 2 people if you so choose. The roof-top patio (my favourite part) is large enough for a comfortable L-shaped couch surrounding a fire-pit + a table for eating and a BBQ. Tough to leave this patio when you have such amazing views all day long. Common Patio/Roof-top garden. The building has a great common patio/garden that all guests are welcome to use. It faces north/east so it will give you access to the opposite view that you have from your patio. Guests have full access to everything. The Penthouse, private roof-top patio, common roof-top patio/garden. 1 parking stall included (which is rare for Gastown) The Neighbourhood: The Original Vancouver Established around the area’s first tavern, Gastown is the heart of Vancouver.
