    Charming 3 bedroom townhouse located in the heart of Pollensa in northern Mallorca. This traditionally decorated Mallorcan townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread out over 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom across the hall, whilst on the floor above there is another twin bedroom and a master suite with double bedroom and access to the terrace. These 2 bedrooms share a second bathroom. Downstairs there is an open living/dining room with doors out into the patio as well as the kitchen where there is an additional breakfast table. The outside space of this townhouse consists of the aforementioned terraces where there is ample room for cycling equipment and bicycles. There is also an outside dining area, and a washing machine. Pollensa is a pretty fabulous place to spend your treasured villa holiday. It´s no coincidence it has been named the happy town. Pollensa has a laid back ambience that appeals to families, groups holidaying together in a family villa or indeed that special romantic break. It is graced with pretty Spanish streets, leading to smart squares full of cafes and restaurants where you can pick up a “menu del dia” for a very reasonable price. The local shops sell quality souvenirs and locally made ceramics chic enough to grace the finest table. What you won´t find in Pollensa is tacky gift shops. Pollensa is far too well heeled for that. Erhaps the most famous landmark of Pollença is the “Via Crucis” (way of the cross). There are 365 steps up, edged with ancient cypress trees. At the top there is a small chapel and incredible views across to the bay of Pollensa. In days gone by when pirates and invaders posed a real threat to the coastal towns, Pollensa is where the locals took refuge. In August every year, the town re-enact the 1550 battle between the Moors and the Christians. Pollensa is inland a little from the coast but It´s only a short hop to the beach with its’ award winning blue flag beaches.
