    A brand new, elegant four bedroom apartment in the middle of town with each room on its own floor with ceiling to window mountain views or separate balcony. Relax in the spacious 150 square metres with open plan kitchen/living room. The Metropole is one of the most recognized and iconic buildings in Chamonix. It is located in the center of town next to the clock tower so you will never get lost nor wonder the time. State of the art WiFi and sound system with twelve ceiling speakers and English TV and video. One of the master bedrooms also has separate TV, fridge, and sound system for iPod. Three walk-in showers and one bathtub designed for 2 as well as a Hammam (Turkish sauna) in the third bathroom to cure apres-ski aches. This recently renovated apartment is located on the square that overlooks Rue Joseph Vallot, thus you can watch the town bustle below from the balcony or view the mountains of Mt Blanc. You will also be welcomed by a designer kitchen with multiple ovens, large fridge, and induction hobs and of course a Netspresso for your daily fix. The fireplace can be enjoyed from sitting back in the over-sized living room and extra large soft and comfortable couch. The pedestrian street below is the center of shopping, with many bars and restaurants only a stone's throw away. With the grocery store (Super U) across the street you are never far from fresh food and pastries. Card access to the center of town is provided (barrier entry card) for your car when needed for drop offs and pick ups during the stay; underground parking is a 3 min walk away. A car is not needed in Chamonix as you can walk to the lifts of the Aiguille du Midi, the cog wheel mountain railway of the Montenvers, and the Brèvent lift station which connects to Flegere is a 10 min walk away. The tourist office and bus stop is a 2 min walk and very easy to reach by hiking or skiing in Les Praz, Argentiere or Les Houches. In the summer you are a 5 min stroll to the tennis club and hiking paths and a 15 min stroll from golf and the base of many mountain trails. You can rent bikes nearby and keep them locked up in the ground floor bike room. The brand new cave has 12 boot and glove warmers and is always toasty to ensure ski clothes are dry and ready for the next day's runs.

We are walking distance to the Brèvent lift and the Aiguille du Midi lift in the charming pedestrian zone. Our apartment is hidden from street noise, nestled along the Arve river with a view of Mont Blanc from the balcony. Enjoy sitting around the fireplace on chilly evenings with a glass of wine. Our accommodation is perfect for family holidays or friends travelling together. Ski storage in the entry of the apartment, and walking distance to the Brévent lift station.
