    Avoid the noise and mobs down on Sunset Blvd and come up the Hill to the Mini Casita for a fraction of the price, with more privacy and a private deck with beautiful views (studio). This is the Mini, with a King sized bed that sleeps two. Soak in the bathtub, then take a hike- maybe even down to Lily's coffee and pastries (best coffee in town). For my favorite view in LA, we have a locals- only hike to tell you about where you have ocean to snow capped mountain views on clear days. If it is the evening you can walk down to Pace and celebrity spot while having a great dinner. You can pace yourself while hiking back up the hill. And the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals for yourself- or your travel companions. It is important to note that the Property Managerprovides only the basic essentials and that specialty items will need to be purchased by the guest in their own time. Basic essentials include basic cookware, dishes and utensils, and commonly used kitchen appliances. The Property Manager never skimps on bedding in their vacation homes and corporate housing units. We provide high quality, medium-firm, mattresses for all of our guest. Everyone loves sleeping on our beds and we get lots of compliments on our mattress selection. All of our two bedroom units feature a King Size Bed in the smallest bedroom and two full-sized beds in our master bedrooms. In combination with a sleeper sofa- families and groups of business travelers find our vacation homes suitable for accommodating groups better than our competitors. The bathroom of this extended stay apartment hotel very large and has a shower bath with a sliding glass door. There is also a large vanity and separate toilet area in this rental making it easy to navigate around for things in the bathroom area. Best of all our Downtown Los Angeles Vacation Homes have wonderful balconies where you may sit outside and enjoy your day reading reading a book, sharing a meal, or having a coffee. If relaxation is what you are seeking- then you can relax by either of the two pools (one roof-top), in either of the two gyms (one with a sauna), inside the on-site free tanning beds, or in the public park that is inside of the building community.
