The balcony provides ample room for the table and seating for 4 people - Ideal for al-fresco dining or just a lovely way to sip the morning coffee whilst soaking up the sounds of the city. Entrance is via the grand pillared entrance - The locked front door leads into the clean and carpeted stairway up to the apartment. Another locked door leads into the hallway with doors through to bedroom 1 (with ensuite), bedroom 2, family shower room and Lounge/Kitchen. The apartment has that classical look of a building dating from 1840 with 3.5 metre / 11 ft 6 inch high ceilings and wooden floors throughout. Additionally there is a mezzanine area above the kitchen which is home to the 3rd bedroom with a king size double bed (note, this room has a low ceiling height of 5 feet). The clean decor with chrome fittings, luxury wooden flooring and beautiful decorative and designer touches like the stainless steel architectural staircase complete this lovingly warm and modern interior. The apartment can comfortably sleep 5 adults in beds with a maximum of 6 by utilising the pull-out sofa bed. There is also a travel cot which can be used in any of the rooms (linen for the cot can be provided on request).

    The cottage has recently been fully refurbished to a high standard, and is located on the North East Wales/Cheshire/Shropshire borders. Perfect for families or two couples to explore the beautiful surrounding areas. Ideal rural location for walkers, bikers or horse riders, great shopping locally in Whitchurch, Chester, Shrewsbury, Cheshire Oaks, close to Iscoyd Park and Combermere Abbey two local wedding venues, Bangor on Dee races 5 miles away, Pontycyllte Aqueduct a World Heritage Site, three excellent golf courses locally Hill Valley, Langollen and Hawkston Park all within 20 minutes drive. The cottage is a self-contained holiday cottage, fully equipped, offering all mod cons plus comfort and luxury for our guests. Dogs are welcome. On arrival at the cottage you will enter through the front door into the well equipped kitchen on the left. The appliances offered are fridge plus separate freezer, oven and induction hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, granite worktops, Belfast sink and all cooking equipment to bake a cake or cook a roast dinner. The dining room on the right seats 4 guests and has a French door leading out onto the terrace overlooking the walled garden. The dining room leads into the spacious lounge on the ground floor, all open plan, feels very light and airy. The lounge has a fire place with log burner as a focal point, staircase leading to first floor, plus French doors out onto the terrace overlooking the walled garden. The staircase leads from the lounge to first floor. Right is a twin bed room with En suite bathroom (slipper bath with combination shower attachment), toilet and sink. On the left is the master bedroom with En suite bathroom, (double ended bath, separate shower, vanity unit housing sink, and toilet) The cottage sleeps 4 comfortably, plus there is a camp bed and cot available on request. The decor is traditional with a modern twist, offering carefully chosen soft furnishings throughout, very tastefully designed with accessories to compliment.     In the words of a former guest; This was our first visit to London, and we were looking for a comfortable and economical place to stay with our two adult children. Communication with the owner was excellent, and she did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The home is neat, clean, comfortable for four adults in need of three bedrooms, and in a quiet Harrow neighborhood northwest of central London. The owner's sister-in-law, met us at the home and drove us around the neighborhood to show us where to find things. We arrived following a red-eye flight, and found that she had already procured items for our breakfast...A very nice touch. The owner stayed in contact with us during our stay to make sure everything met our needs. The home is equipped with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, wireless Internet access (critical for our children), television, and very comfortable beds. There was no night noise issue, and we never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. There is, however, a fast train to north central London which allowed us to quickly access all the sights (15 minute trip). The train station is about a mile away and can readily be accessed by walking or by buses from stops about 1/4 mile away. If you are seeking a cost-effective abode for a London visit and don't mind having to do a little traveling to get to the sites, this home provides an excellent option. Excellent option.

    Perfect House ; Perfect Location. A fantastic double width light, bright and beautiful luxury house with 7 bedrooms and 2 private south-facing decked terraces. Set in a quiet street a moments walk from Kensington Gardens and all public transport, including the Heathrow Express and central line tube. The house was once owned by a Royal family, Gordon Ramsay used the kitchen in his TV series (The F Word) and the musical scores to two major Hollywood movies (released Dec 2007 and Nov 2010) have been created here. Close by are the famous Riding Stables, with horses trotting past the house daily. There are 2 huge double bedrooms with ensuites, 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom with shared bathroom, 1 single bedroom with ensuite, and 1 children's room with a high sleeper and a bunk bed (suitable for 3 children or 3 small adults). On the ground floor there are two huge wooden floor receptions, both with glorious working fireplaces; one with a beautiful upright piano. One of the receptions has newly laid but antique parquet flooring and air conditioning and the room leads out through double glazed doors on to a very private 30sqm decked terrace with additional exterior dining. On the top of the house is a further 30sqm decked terrace, with furniture to relax on in the summer sunshine, and looking out towards the Park. The kitchen is enormous and has an adjoining breakfast room, with a 3m dining table, a full bookcase and TV. The whole house has a central staircase topped with a glass roof which floods the house with light - a rarity in London ! Wireless is set up. Sky TV. Available as a holiday rental or longer term rental.
