Cozy Chic Two Bedroom 1 Bath Morro Heights home. Each bedroom has it's own TV and a king-sized bed. Livingroom has a queen sleeper sofa. Utility room with easy access to large backyard or garage. Cable TV and WIFI are provided.. The rental home is in a premiere established quiet neighborhood called Morro Heights. Perfect for relaxing. It's close to town, the embarcadero, golf course, biking trails, bird estuaries, state campgrounds and beaches. Just a hop, skip or jump to shopping at seafood or farmers' markets, wine tasting in SLO or Paso Robles, sight seeing in San Simeon or stealing away for an afternoon getaway to Cayucos/Cambria.
It's very cute, charming and also nicely for two FRIENDS, a small FAMILY (enclosed backyard and lots of puzzles and games), a "GIRLS' getaway" (popcorn popper, wine bucket and DVD player stocked with old movies) or a TWO COUPLE tournament with your favorite bridge friends (big table, good lightening, cards, barware and BBQ)!
Indoors, the furnishings include high-end Pottery Barn furniture, local sea bird art, beautiful original wood flooring, spacious desk for computing or puzzling, Beauty rest beds, and CD music for enjoyment while reading (or maybe crafting) in the quiet utility room off of the kitchen.
There are two BRs and one BA. Each BR has it's own TV and a king-sized bed. LR has a queen sleeper sofa. Cable TV and WIFI are provided.
Top-rated non-stick cookware is stocked in the kitchen, as well as an electric carving knife, a Le Creuset roaster, microwave, crab crackers, a food chopper and bar ware of cocktail/wine glasses, an opener, a blender and an ice bucket.
Outdoors, there's a BBQ, full-sized picnic table with umbrella, Adirondack chairs with footrests, and a wood-burning fire pit on a DG patio that provides a relaxed environment to view seagulls and listen to the wonderful Morro Bay sea lions and foghorn. Drought resistant grasses and local succulents grace the corner flowerbeds. The outdoor "icing on the cake" is the Meyer Lemon tree. Well, the rolling hills and peeks at the ocean are pretty nice, too.
There's TONS to do in Morro Bay for families, nature lovers, outdoor enthusiasts, retirees and "snowbirds". Opportunities for enjoyment include kids' parks, nature and biking trails, fishing spots, sea life, ocean sporting and dining/shopping.
