    Perfect "get-away" vacation property. Nestled up to the mountains in Midway, Utah, our 4,700 sq' townhome is perfect for large families or 2-3 families vacationing together. With 3 separate King bedrooms, & a bunk-loft that sleeps up to 12, there's lots of room. We have 1 full size crib & a fold away portable crib. This new (purchased and furnished in 2009) townhome is situated close to all the fun. Minutes from ski resorts, mountain biking, road biking, boating, fly-fishing, etc--plenty of fabulous activities close by. The scenery & solitude will make you feel like you've escaped to a true "vacation" away from it all. But being minutes from the fabulous shopping and dining of Park City, you are close enough to "have your cake and eat it too." Midway is a great location with 90 holes of fantastic golf and world famous fly fishing all within 5 minutes, and Park City/Deer Valley 10-15 minutes away, 5 minutes to Deer Creek & Jordanelle reservoirs that have great fishing, boating, water-skiing, etc--it's close to almost everything. The kitchen is very large, & well equipped. The countertops throughout the home are granite. With great amenities like pool table, foosball, ping-pong, air-hockey, Wii, 3 Big Screen flat TV's, home theatre with surround sound, Wi-Fi, jetted tub, you may want to stay in and relax. My unit has been remodeled with new recycled carpet and eco-friendly pad, laminate and tile, and new locally made mattresses. I have added organic linens, bedding, mattress pads, towels, and soaps. I use only eco-friendly cleaning products and recycle your waste at the end of your stay. My unit is ground level, easy to find, easy to enter and exit, fully furnished with the convenience of a full-size washer and dryer. Although there are no views from the patio, a beautiful walking/biking path connects the resort to the nearby Tanger Outlet mall, several restaurants and the Utah Olympic Park. A sheltered bus stop is a short 5 minute walk away for access to Park City's free transit system. This 3-bedroom 2-story, 2100 square foot condo can sleep 9 and offers spectacular views of Empire and Lady Morgan ski trails during the day and twinkling lights of the valley at night. Conveniently nestled with other condos in a tastefully designed, beautifully landscaped, upscale enclave just a short walk to mid-mountain ski lifts, Stein Erickson’s Lodge, or Silver Lake Lodge it provides dining, shopping, skiing, and apres ski options for everyone. It is also very easily reachable by bus or taxi, and is great location for the SUNDANCE Film Festival. This condo is spacious, comfortable, and extremely well provisioned. The entry hall has a long bench for taking shoes/boots on and off, as well as numerous hooks to hang everything from skis and boards to helmets, goggles and jackets. Throughout the condo there are convenient and clever places for everything. The is conveniently adjacent to the dining room and the kitchen. If there’s business you need to attend to, there is an office nook, complete with computer, printer, stationary, stamps and other handy supplies, all tucked away in a foldaway credenza. The laundry room is stocked with all sorts of back-up supplies. It is convenient with ample room to wash and fold clothes. Other amenities include air conditioning, broadband access, washer and dryer, covered off-street parking garage, a gas or wood fireplace, and a post-ski hot tub or master shower sauna. The shopping and dining of Park City’s Main Street are just a 5-minute drive down the mountain; and if you want to venture farther out for cross-country skiing, snow shoeing, or to stock your kitchen with groceries from Whole Foods, nothing is further than 8 to 20 minutes from this great location. There are many extras that make this condo a real winner – from the beautiful expansive views, to the games and movies to the flat screen TV’s with built-in DVD players, to plush furnishings to a well-stocked kitchen – come experience a little bit of heaven inside and out.
