I just want to share what an AWESOME place this is and a perfect location for summer and or winter activities. We had so much fun there and felt like we were at home away from home as it is decorated just that way to give you the comfort feeling when staying there. EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS THERE!!!!!! The owner was so nice to work with very accommodating and kind and helpful. We had such a GREAT TIME and are looking forward to returning next year. We have been going to Pagosa Springs for many years now and have stayed in cabins, hotels, and a few condos, but now that we have been to this place I'M looking no more, just to repeat book with her on and annual basis. Thank you for sharing your home,"
