This comfortable house with 400 feet of wooded lakefront was built as a family home about 30 years ago. With solar panels and large picture windows facing the beautiful mountain and lake views to the south, it was built to be both energy efficient and to take full advantage of the location. The result is a beautiful home designed to be lived in and enjoyed on a lakefront parcel with one of the most beautiful views in the Adirondacks. Evening and morning skies from the dock, eagles soaring overhead and nesting across the bay, and loons calling in the distance are all a regular part of our summers. The house has electric baseboard heat throughout for the winter, spring and autumn. Oseetah Lake is on the Saranac River, and part of the Saranac chain of lakes. Paddles are also stored on site, as are boat cushions. Some PFD's, or life jackets, are be available for adults, but please bring your own for any children.
