Meals
If you enjoy a lighter breakfast or an early departure, Continental Breakfast is available between 7 AM and 9:45 AM. Breakfast time will be arranged at check in.
Continental breakfast includes your choice of Fresh Ground Coffee or Decaf, or a selection of Black, Green or Herbal Teas and Juice. Other items may include a combination of such items as Fresh Seasonal Fruit, Assorted Pastries, English Muffins, Bagels, Flavored Cream Cheeses, Yogurt, and Granola. Full Gourmet Breakfast is available between 8:15 AM and 9:45 AM. A different epicurean delight will be prepared each day of your stay. Favorites inlcude Eggs Beall (Butter Poached Eggs in a TomatoBasil Sauce), Tortuga Rum French Toast with home made Praline Sauce, Yeast Raised Belgian Waffles with Pure Maple Syrup, and Salmon and Spinach Omelettes with Hollondaise Sauce.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
- Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
