    Spectacular sunrises and hot tub sunsets all the year through. Hill country vistas and views from inside and outside the property. A 5 minute drive to Briarcliff Marina or a 15-20 walk. Boats and trailers are welcome to be parked on the property if you decide not to dock.

    There is a Hot Tub on the back deck were you will be able to capture all the breathtaking sunset of your desire! Care for the Hot Tub will be given upon your arrival. Smoking is only allowed outside. If there are any special needs or requests (catering, cleaning, handicap items, etc.) do not hesitate contacting the owners or managers in order that they facilitate your needs.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 10.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.00 per room. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
