Amenities
Large heated swimming pool with shallow end for children. All suites are air-conditioned. Ten acres of landscaped grounds with coldwater creek and natural pond. Spot the Great Blue Heron and Canada Geese. At certain times of the year, salmon and trout can be seen spawning in the coldwater creek. Large goldfish swim in our natural pond. Enjoy the sound of frogs in the warm weather at night.
Meals
Full hearty breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. We include fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, fresh orange juice, organic freshly ground coffee, organic tea, herbal tea and hot chocolate. A large selection of cereals, hot and cold, are offered. Different days offer different main dishes such as portebello mushroom omelettes, eggs rodrigo (spicy scrambled eggs with bacon and green peppers), eggs any style, bacon, turkey sausages and lean peameal bacon, belgian waffles, pancakes and breakfast stratas. Homemade breads, croissants and muffins are also served.
Dinner can be requested in advance and increases the daily rate by $35.00 per person. A four course hearty meal is served which includes soup or h'ordeurve, main course of meat, fish or chicken with fresh vegetables, potatoes, rice or pasta, salad course and dessert.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments are refunded.

Policies
- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed and children under the age of 6 years old stay free. A Crib and a High Chaircan be provided.
- Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.

Most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the wide variety of shops and restaurants throughout the area.

The lake is too far away to walk to, but it only takes 10 minutes to drive.
Distance to Ski Resort, Lifts or Runs
A vehicle is required to drive (about 30 minutes) to the parking lot of the ski resort. The walk from the parking lot to the ski lift takes 3 minutes. You can ski back to your vehicle.
Distance to Golf Course
A vehicle is required to drive (about 8 minutes) to the parking lot of the Bowmanville Golf and Country Club. The walk from the parking to the golf course takes 3 minutes. You can walk back to your vehicle.
