All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.

  • No smoking is allowed.
  • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
  • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
  • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
  • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
  • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.

The beach is small pebbles. The beach is gradual for a short distance. The water is crystal clear water. There are good swimming conditions in cold water. The rivers surrounding the home are excellent for kayaking, rafting & swimming.

The walk to the nearest lake is less than 10 minutes.
