Our Bed and Breakfast is placed on the first floor of a 50's villa with an independent entrance and is 5 minutes from the historical center of Conegliano.
The accurate restructuring, the care of the details, the charm of the rooms make it the ideal environment for your stay in the name of relaxation and pleasure.
Three quiet rooms with TV and bath, heating, living room and internet ADSL. We have a lovely garden in the back with lounge chairs and tables. The many paths that plough the near hills allow pleasant walks on foot and excursions with horses (at 300 mt you will find a riding ground to rent horses).
For the lovers of tennis and swimming in the surroundings you'll find sports facilities: tennis and swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) and many others.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies
- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed and children under the age of 2 years old stay free.
- Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
