Payment and Cancellation Policies
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 35) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Within 30 days prior to the arrival date the payment is up to 90% refundable if the room can be rebooked.

Policies
- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
