Check In at 5:00pm,We do not provide a party house. This is a quiet neighborhood with people who respect the peace, privacy and properties in the area. Also we require the names of all guests staying on the property with make, model and license plate numbers of all vehicles staying on property. Any unregistered guests present on the property after 11:00 pm will be asked to leave. We do not provide laundry facility

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This 11'x21' Master Bedroom provides ease and comfort for two. Fitted with oak plank hardwood floors. The En Suite Bathroom is tiled with granite counter top and jetted soft bathtub. A peaceful rest is available under the beauty of a Limited Edition Lithograph by Canadian Artist Samara Carrier. You can enjoy the luxury of watching television or a DVD from your bed .

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The Treasure Chest Room is decorated with original art work on wall, It is 11'x21', dresser drawers with mirror. Two wooden armoirs and extra space available for Crib or Cot.

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The Antique Room provides a genuine heritage experience with Victorian Maple Beurl antique bedroom suite. 11'x21', Original artwork on wall by Canadian artist Samara Carrier. Exquisite Vanitywith mirror, antique wooden armoir.

1 Double Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single/Twin Bed (sleeps 1). The Mural Room is just off the Library Sitting Room. Original art decorates the walls, 11'x17' room, dresser drawers and hand basin with mirror. Crib and Cot are available.

Mountains flow into the distance as you look past the landscaped rose gardens decorating the front yard. The abundant birds and tranquility of the back yard provide serenity and wonder over the sound of nature. Beautiful trees and vegetation stimulate the senses as you walk down the road to the entrance to Sutherland Hills Provincial Park. Just a way up the hill your view surpasses any in Kelowna for vineyards, hills, lake, and orchards.

Across the road from two golf courses and down the road from Gallaghers Canyon Golf Course make a perfect Golfing Getaway.The library provides a meeting space to relax . The large dining room and small dining room allow for easy access to the kitchen and outside decks. Organic fruit trees and gardens decorate the property providing a beautiful picturesque setting for photos. There are large spacious decks beside the swimming pool, one for shade and one for sun with matching outdoor patio furniture, tables, chairs and benches and includes a large marble table that seats 8. This all adds to gracious outdoor living. The trees and gardens decorate this luscious green acre.

We are located within 25 minutes drive from Airport.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are three major Kelowna golf courses within 15 minutes drive.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are two ski resorts close to the villa and each are less than an hour to access.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). We are few minutes from fine dining and shopping. There is a large assortment of locations accessible.
We have a lovely duck pond in corner of property with flowing stream. We are conveniently located 5 to 10 minutes from two beautiful beaches on Okanagan Lake.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
We require a signed statement via fax or internet with drivers license number and address of responsible adult.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed and children under the age of 1 years old stay free. A Cribcan be provided.
Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
