This is a lovely four bedroom executive villa with its own enclosed heated swimming pool set in a gated community within fifteen/twenty minutes drive from Disney World and convenient to the various other attractions in the area. There is also a large communal pool on the complex.
There is a plentiful supply of good quality shopping and restaurants close by including Wal-Mart, Publix, Outback, Carrabass and Houlihans and there are many good golf courses to choose from in the area.
The villa comes equipped with everything that a family would require for a short or long vacation.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Payments accepted by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for 20 per day. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
