The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
Beach Description
There is Praslin beach about 1 mile away. This is not a sandy beach but is on an inlet that allows for swimming and bathing but there are no sandy areas to relax. There is a lovely beach nearby that requires a short boat ride. Also the Reef Beach in Vieux Fort is very popular with our guests. It is on an expansive lovely white sandy beach with wood shade umbrellas available, chairs to rent and a great small restaurant. Windsurfing and Kite surfing are available for lessons for beginners or for those more experienced.

Distance to Shopping and Dining
Shopping is more than a 20 minute drive however, there are 2 places very near by to dine. There is a restaurant with great food prepared by a local man with 20 years experience as a Chef in a fine Swiss hotel. The other is a small local pub that offers very inexpensive tasty local food that can be delivered to the house or enjoyed in the quaint atmosphere of this neighborhood establishment.
Distance to Ocean or Lake
This country house sits above the Mamiku River which is the size of a small stream. The rushing water is relaxing and lovely to listen to as you enjoy this very lush setting. The Atlantic Ocean is about a mile walk from the property.
Distance to Golf Course
There are 2 golf courses on the North end of the island. There is an 18 hole golf course unnder construction about 1 mile away.
