Great outdoors, from biking, trekking, kayaking, windsurfing, snorkeling, falls visiting, helicopter rides etc. Tropical weather, relatively constant. Trade winds April to Oct.

    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Large guest bedroom on second level in a seperate wing on the opposite side of the main living area. Also has a seperage dressing room. Writing desk. Equally large Bathroom with skylight. Windows on 3 sides. (Appr. 650 sq ft)

    The third bedroom is on the ground level with access to the expansive outdoor lawn leading to the beach. Private bathroom. (Appr. 600 sq ft)

    1 King Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). Tree House overlooking the beach. Could actually sleep 4 or more people. Matress size 10ft x 10 ft. Nice place to relax and have an afternoon nap or moon light sleep. Equipped with mosquito netting and blinds.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    There is a $150 fee or 12.5 % charge (the higher of the 2) for cancellation more than 60 days prior to booking. If we can reschedule guests, only the cancellation fee of 150$ will be charged.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25$ per hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
