Amenities
This Bed & Breakfast is a large and completely renovated flat split into three lovely and comfortable suites. The flat is on the first floor; it consists of a common hall and the three suites entrances open into it. Parking is available close by in the Ludovisi or Borghese pay parking areas. Upon exiting the Bed & Breakfast you will plunge yourself in that special atmosphere which made Fellini's 'La Dolce Vita' such a famous movie. On request the owner will arrange for rental cars, transfer from and to the airport, booking of conducted tours and visits in Rome; theatre and shows reservation.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Cash
Once booking has been made, we accept a cancellation with no penalty prior to 30 days.
From day 30 to day 20 before arrival day we charge the rate of 1 night.
From day 19 to day 10 we charge 50% of total amount.
( if amont is lower it is considered always firts night amount of penalty )
From day 9 to day 5 we charge 85% of total amount due for your vacation.
100% penalty for a cancellation advised after day 4 before arrival day.
In case of no show, if you have used a bank transfer to book a Suite, you'll be charged for 70% instead of 100%.

Policies
- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Cribcan be provided.
- Check in after 1:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.

Distance to Shopping and Dining
In the heart of Rome just a few minutes walk to Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso, Via Frattina, Via Condotti, Piazza Venezia, Fontana di Treve, Via dei Fori Imperiali and the Colosseum just to mention some of the most well known streets and monuments. There are two underground stations nearby, (Underground Line A stops - Barberini and Spagna). There are many bus lines available which link up with the rest of the city. The bus stops are about 20 metres from the main door and the taxi stand is 100 metres away.
Distance to Ocean or Lake
To reach Ostia which is on the sea you need to drive for 55 minutes, otherwise you can reach the sea by train ( 1:20 minutes )
Distance to Ski Resort, Lifts or Runs
You can reach "Campo Felice" in 2:30 hours by car.
Distance to Golf Course
You can reach Olgiata in 50 minutes or Sheraton Golf in 35 minutes
