This is a beautiful three bed detached villa close to the urbanization of Villamartin with its picturesque plaza housing numerous restaurants, bars, shops, banks and supermarket.
Within walking distance is Villamartin Golf Course and within a five minute drive are two other golf courses.
The lovely Blue Flag Costa Blanca beaches are only five/ten minutes away by car.
There is a communal swimming pool which services only 15 properties and is located 50 meters away from the villa.
The villa is fully equipped with everything required for a short or long stay holiday.

    • Beach surface is fine sand. The ocean is approximately 10 minutes by car. There is a long stretch of very beautiful coast line approximately 10 minutes in a car.

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

    • Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
