B&B guests are provided with a full hearty breakfast. Those with special food requirements are asked to advise the owner.
For long term guests(monthly winter season) no breakfast is included.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies
- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pencan be provided.
- Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.

Distance to Shopping and Dining
There are several delighful dining locations from a 5 - 10 minutes walk.
Downtown City Centre is an 8 minute drive by car. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk and a short 12 minute trip.
The Ocean Boardwalk is nearby. It is a refreshing walk to town and takes 45 minutes.
Distance to Ocean or Lake
Two blocks away you can enjoy the beach, walks and views of both Saxe Pt. and Macaulay Park. They overlook Juan De Fuca Straight and the Mountains of the Olympic Peninsula. The Ocean Boardwalk at West Bay Marina is the waterfront walk to Victoria City Centre.
Distance to Ski Resort, Lifts or Runs
Mount Washington is the only ski resort on Vancover Island. The drive is approx. 3 hrs.
Whistler Ski Resort is 1 1/2 hrs. from Vancouver's North Shore .
From Victoria drive north to Nanaimo which is about 1 1/2 hours and take the Ferry to Horseshoe Bay. You will be in West Vancouver. Then you drive North to Whistler Village.
There is also a local Victoria Bus that goes direct to Whistler Ski Resort.
Distance to Golf Course
Gorge Vale Golf Course is only a five minute drive. There are many other wonderful Golf Courses within a 10-15 minute drive.
