IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: After making your request with Owner Direct, Owner will email you a link to download a "Guest Stay" agreement. Guests must sign, and return the agreement to owner BEFORE they will confirm your stay. Owner prefers mature guests (over 30) and families.

Stays Over 5 days require additional housekeeping visit per 5 days Example stay of 7 days is 2 housekeeping visits.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Spacious and romantic. The master suite is a room you'll want to spend time in. Gorgeous timbers and soft warm wide plank wood floors. Fabulous spa air tub and exciting stone double shower. Fireplace and fantastic unobstructed views of Blackcomb ski hill. Zoned digital audio with thousands of songs to choose from on your wireless touchscreen is only a "touch" away, programmed "romance scene" can set the mood right, and SmartHouse wake up call starts your day with the ski report, weather, and beautiful music if you wish. Absolutely fabulous!

You can also ride your bikes along this "Valley Trail" which is only 3 blocks away. There are two lakes with great beaches a short distance away for summer activities. Safe for kids.

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Maid Service is provided every 5 days during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
