Farm house split into 3 apartments, part of a small family run farming estate, that includes also a small house with two apartments . Views over the countryside. Peaceful position. Shared an equipped lawn with large pergola and tables and an equipped swimming pool (12x6). which are all shared with the other four apartments. Wood burning oven. It is possible to take advantage of special prices at the spa centre of Fonteverde - S. Casciano dei Bagni (18 km). Parking. Simple furniture. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 2 km the tiny village of Acquapendente (various shops, sports facilities). 15 km away the very beautiful Lake Bolsena (sea side facilities, public beaches and beaches where you can hire deck-chairs, guarded mooring for boats), 35 km Orvieto. This is one of the richest areas with Etruscan findings and indeed a few kilometres away are the famous towns of Tuscania, Pitigliano, Sovana and just a few kilometres north is Tarquinia. 58 km the sea at Montalto Marina (public beaches and beaches where you can hire deck-chairs etc).
ACCOMMODATION: 1st fl.: kitchen/dining room (TV) with arm-chair corner, single divan bed and access onto a small loggia, 1 double bedroom with additional bed, 2 twin bedded rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
