Extensive views over the valley. Peaceful position. Property of 2 ha. with shared swimming-pool (10x5x max. depth 1.7 m) (15/5-30/9). Parking. New, simple style furniture. Laundry room (washing machine). 2 cots available. Heating with stoves. DISTANCES: 1 km from the village of Acquapendente (various shops), abt. 2 km horse riding school, 17 km Lake Bolsena (beach), 35 km the beautiful town of Orvieto. Ideal place for visiting several towns with important Etruscan finds such as Pitigliano, Tuscania, Tarquinia.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr.fl.: kitchen/dining-room with divan bed and access to equipped terrace (50 m2), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
