Characteristic apartments in a recently restored farmhouse, part a small farm cum tourism estate and made up of 5 apartments, set on the border between the regions of Lazio and Tuscany and on the road which links Siena and the Orcia valley to Lake Bolsena. View of the countrside. The house is enclosed by a garden on one side and a road passes on the other side. Shared: shaded and equipped garden (4.000m2) with swimming pool (6x12) (1/6-30/9), laundry room (sink, washing machine, drier). A small road leads you to the apartments, with their shared staircase, and the garden. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. DISTANCES: 9 km Acquapendente (various shops). The strategic position that the farm is set in, makes it easy to reach the cool mountain resort at Monte Amiata: 17 km Piancastagnaio, 22 km Abbadia S. Salvatore, 28 km S. Fiora, 20 km Lake Bolsena, 25 km Sorano (Etruscan area), 34 km Pitigliano, 35 km Sovana, 42 km Orvieto, 56 km the spa at Saturnia.
ACCOMMODATION: (48 m2) 1st fl.: living/dining room with kitchen corner (oven) and double divan bed, small terrace, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower (no window, light from the kitchen corner).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
