Pleasant small house with only two apartments that are part of a small family commercial farm, that inclusdes also a Farm house split into 3 apartments, Peaceful position. View of the countryside. Just 50 m from the house is where you will find the pretty swimming pool (12x6) and a large gazebo, which are all shared with the other four apartments. Wood burning oven. Parking. DISTANCES: 2 km from the town of Acquapendente (all kinds of shops, sport facilities). 15 km from the Bolsena Lake (bathing facilities, boat hire, small boats for the islands), just a short distance away are all of the important Etruscan centres such as Tuscania, Pitigliano and Sovana, 60 km from the beaches.
ACCOMMODATION: (55 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with kitchen corner and access to the covered equipped terrace and onto the lawn shared with the other apartment on the 1st fl., 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. New comfortable furnishings. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
