Two Bedroom Ground Floor Cottage in Umbria
Santamaria cottage is situated on a lovely Umbrian estate immersed in the countryside with unspoilt views all around. The cottage has its own terrace complete with barbecue, table and chairs for dining al fresco overlooking the swimming pool which is situated in a lovely position below and enjoys a wonderful panorama.
The estate, which spreads over ten hectares and grows wheat and produces saffron, consists of a farmhouse which is divided into just four apartments and the detached Santamaria cottage.
