This house is located on 1/2 acre with partially treed back yard looking onto the Adams Lake and lawn in the front yard. There is boat and personal watercraft rentals available on the lake. Only minutes away from the world famous Adams River Salmon Run and the Adams River Whitewater Rafting.
Horseback riding available at the Quaaout Lodge which also offers a dining room and Sunday buffet.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
