1 Single/Twin Couch (sleeps 1). The couch is in the kitchen area and is good for a small child.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.

• Bari has it's own airport.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a pizzeria right below unit!
• Unit is about 30 miles away from sea. Bari is a port city. The beach is about a 20 minute drive away.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 5.00/pet/day will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
