This home sits on a ridge with expansive views to the East, over an agricultural and wooded landscape. Across the valley you will see distant villages with their church spires standing over them. The main crops grown are wheat and sunflowers whose yellow faces are ever looking for the sun.

The shops are numerous and varied servicing local needs. There is a vibrant market every Saturday selling all manner of local produce, a must visit event. Our village Le Saumont has a small shop/bar (just 1.5km from the gite] You can walk down for a few provisions and have a relaxing drink outside in the sun.
• Nearby Attractions: Park Wallaby offers a day out of rides and fun for the younger visitor, it is only a 15 minute drive from the gite. Le Saumont has a riding club offering rides though the local countryside this will have to be booked in advance. There is also a tennis court in the village.
20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 35%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of €36.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
