The Valley of the Temples in Agrigento, is one of the most important archaeological sites in the world and a Unesco world heritage site since 1998. Luigi Pirandello’s birth-home is a late-18th century country-house standing alone and silent in the middle of Agrigento’s countryside, in an area known as Caos, on a hill, amidst olive-trees and oaks, steeply sloping to the sea. The free beach at San Leone has a number of rocks that create safe shallow pools, and are excellent for sitting on and watching the sea. The tropical-like and delightful sea-side resort of Agrigento has an inviting boardwalk between rows of palm trees and coffee shops, and the Mediterranean Sea, sometimes referred to as the African Sea. The coastal zone of the Agrigento extends through beautiful white beaches and reefs. For its warm climate (compared to the rest of Sicily), Agrigento allows you to go on the beach and swim in the sea all year. But the best time to visit the beach is always from March to October.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund.

- Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 2:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
