This property has spacious, single-storey accommodation with an attractive living room decorated in the blue and yellow of Provence. There is a beautiful kidney-shaped pool with internal Roman steps and a covered terrace with barbecue and pizza oven. The owners occasionally occupy the ground floor apartment. La Fleurette is less than 2kms from the charming village of Fuveau with its avenues of plane trees and shady pavement cafes, and a short drive to Aix-en-Provence, its old town, cathedrals, museums and famous Cour Mirabeau. The harbour, creeks, sandy beeches and picturesque old town of Cassis is just a short drive to the south as is Marseille, with its old port, fishmarket, museums, art galleries and magnificent architecture. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
