Weekly rates are Saturday to Saturday only. Minimum nights are within Saturday to Saturday period. Our extra person rates are not by the day, but by the person for the stay. The rate ranges from $100 for infants in the low season to $400 for adults during holiday weeks.

Just walk down the path leading directly to the lagoon. Put on your snorkeling gear, and commune with parrot fish, angel fish, sergeant fish, and many other exotic tropical fish. Swim towards the sea and you may spot a turtle or ray after the lagoon transitions to a sandy inlet.
Relax in the totally private rooftop pool. Enjoy magnificent views during the day and turn up the heat and watch the stars at night.
Use the bicycles or walk to either of the close by beaches, or sunbathe in total privacy on the rooftop deck.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Several golf courses are a short drive away (less than 20 minutes).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Groceries are available in Akumal, or, for larger shopping, just up the road in Playa del Carmen.
• Yal-Ku lagoon, a true jewel, is directly accessible and the ocean is just minutes away. Half Moon Bay Beach is just a few minutes walk and Akumal is a short bicycle or car ride.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance if there is any chance that you might not be able to come at your scheduled time. There is a $800 security deposit that can be covered by credit card authorization.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
