1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is for the late sleepers and total privacy from the rest of the rental group. Has a separate ground level entrance, separate bathroom and view of the pool and bay.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 4 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.

• Transit: can be reached by walking for 30 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Taxis are available along the beach, and in front of the Arched entrance to Playa Akumal.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 30 minute(s). There are 3 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). Other shopping and dining areas are 25 minutes walking or to go to the large city north of Akumal, 45 minutes by car.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is rocky. In Akumal there are 2 professional dive shops: Akumal dive center. 30 minute small boat ride to clear reef, diving from 50 feet to 120 feet. Excellent night diving or go inland to experience cave diving or snorkeling. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Excaret and Exacel are 30 minutes either north or south. Many Maya ruins are 45 minutes or closer and some are a half day drive, but worth it.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $500.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of security deposit may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
