This is one of the largest and most private villas in Akumal. The infinity edge swimming pool is a treat to view and even better for a dip. Patios on both the first floor and the second provide areas for sunning, star gazing and private conversations. A fantastic snorkeling experience is just a walk from the patio to the experience of a natural aquarium of Bahia Media Luna. The on site housekeeping staff will also be able to cook for you, by a guests' arrangement.

In Akumal there are 2 professional dive shops: Akumal dive center. 30 minute small boat ride to clear reef, diving from 50 feet to 120 feet. Excellent night diving or go inland to experience cave diving or snorkeling. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
    • Nearby Attractions: Excaret and Exacel are 30 minutes either north or south. Many Maya ruins are 45 minutes or closer and some are a half day drive, but worth it.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 2 years old stay free. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $500.00 will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of security deposit may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
