Best view of all of Half Moon Bay and Caribbean Our condo has three verandas. The front veranda faces all of Half Moon Bay and the Caribbean ocean with a magnificent "penthouse" view. Each bedroom also has it's own private veranda with wonderful views of the large pool, lush grounds and the Caribbean ocean. This is a top floor, end unit, so it is very quiet with no one above you or next to you on the south side.... which inspires a even better view of Half Moon Bay and the area. The ocean breezes flow thru this condo to give you a breath of "fresh" air unlike most units. An extremely romantic atmosphere. |

AIR CONDITIONING: Air Conditioning is OPTIONAL - $15/DAY IF WANTED, Management will provide controls. Since unit is top floor with cross breezes, A/C in not needed many times during the year.

EXTRA PERSON: Occasionally a 6th person is requested. If approved by owner, there is a $15.00 per day extra charge for this person. 5 persons

Location
Kitchen is fully equipped and has large window overlooking Half Moon Bay. Paper towels, napkins and coffee filters are provided by management. Also, a butane lighter for the gas range is provided.
Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Large Hollywood size bed, large bedroom, has a ceiling fan, plus individual control A/C (if you like). Two large clothes closets. An attached full bathroom with a large step in shower. Dressing table with hair dryer. Private access to veranda overlooking pool, lush grounds and Caribbean with chairs and table for your relaxing moments. This bedroom also magnificent views half moon bay and Caribbean from the front of the B/R. This is a very romantic hightlight in this beautiful condo.
Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Our second bedroom also has a large Hollywood bed. Large clothes closet along with a storage closet for your use of diving equipment etc. with a lock. This bedroom also has a veranda that overlooks the court yard with lush grounds, large pool and the Caribbean ocean. Chairs and table are on the veranda for your relaxation. Also, there is a dressing table in this bedroom. There is usually a magnificent breeze that flows thru the large sliding doors leading to the veranda which eliminates the need for A/C and enables the ocean sounds along with the birds and other "jungle" sounds. Another romantic highlight of this wonderful spot on earth.
Living Room
2 Queen Air Mattresses (sleeps 4). For the extra one or two guests... we have 2 air mattresses, although our king beds would hold three
small children as they are large. We also have a hammock for the front veranda which sometimes is used for sleeping.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Our top floor, end unit has a view of all of Half Moon Bay and the Caribbean. This is one of the best views in all of Akumal. Both back bedroom verandas also have magnificent views of the large pool, lush grounds and the Caribbean ocean plus jungle areas and other homes in the area. Fresh breezes flow daily from the ocean and many bird and jungle sounds give you a sense of relaxation.

View complex information and photos at La Sirena. This condo is our home away from home. I personally travel to my "home" several times a year to make sure that everything is in great working order and completely updated. The management is exceptional with on-site English speaking office personnel and maintenance personnel readily available do deal with any unlikely problems. The maid is also exceptional and will do a wonderful job in cleaning the unit each day. Purified 5 gallon bottles of water provided at no charge and will be replaced as needed. Color satellite TV with approx. 200 channels including all US networks and DVD player is provided. Wireless internet, accessible by office, is also provided for a small fee. We hope that you will enjoy the wonderful, magnificent, quiet, romantic atmosphere of this unit with the surrounding unmatchable views and sounds. It is truly a great place to "get away from it all" but still has the attractions and fun places nearby. Bring a book, listen to music, swim, snorkel and adventure. Enjoy!!

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Walk to Que Onda and Loi Lunita. Others a longer walk, 20 minutes or short drive, Locheria, La Buena Vida, LaCueva de Pescador, Lol Ha, Pizzeria Leo and Turtle Bay Cafe (bakery). All wonderful restaurants very reasonably priced. Several shops including local arts and crafts are located in Akumal along with two grocery stores. • The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a fine sand beach area in front of a retaining wall with palapas and nice chaise lounge chairs. We have 2 padded covers for our guests to use on the lounges. Half Moon Bay is directly in front of our property, you can walk right out and snorkel. • Nearby Attractions: Five minute walk to famous Yal-Ku lagoon for some of the best snorkeling in the world. Aktun-chen caves only a 5 minute drive. Tulum Mayan ruins only a short 20 minute drive. Xel-ha, Xcaret also close by.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit Cancellation Policy: 91 or more days prior forfeit $100. 61-90 days prior to the rental date forfeit 50% of deposit. 31-61 forfeit all the deposit. 30 days or less NO Refund. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
