This is a perfect place for families to enjoy, you will find snorkeling and diving within easy access. In just a three minute walk you will find the famous Yal Ku Lagoon. Akumal is centrally located to most of the attractions offered in the Mayan Riviera. La Sirena provides a bigger pool than most in Akumal. Your own beach just 200ft away. An Internet house within a 5 - 10 minute walk. A pay phone at the front entrance is provided. A well kept courtyard garden where you can relax by the pool and enjoy your stay. There is fine dining within walking distance and plenty of sightseeing to do.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
