We offer Full A/C as an option @ 15.00 / day. This is a separate fee that will be given to the Management of LaSirena if so desired and will not be added to the total paid to owners. We find so many of our guests choose not to have air as the breezes thru-out our condo are wonderful.

    Also, we now offer a gym right inside La Sirena / Iguana Condo's front door. It offers a stepper, treadmill, weight bench, universal machine and stationary bike. All of this for an additional $5.00 per day or $25.00 per week Plus unlimited Internet for a small fee.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance).
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque
    Refunds can be made only if the unit can be re-booked for the same time period and rental rates. All cancellations will be assessed a $150.00 processing charge regardless of any re-booking.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
