• Cancun International Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. We recommend to rent a vehicle and drive to the Casa.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). Numerous restaurants in the village of Akumal - a short 15 minute walk on the beach. Other restaurants / shops / shopping centers in Playa Del Carmen - a 30-minute car ride on the highway.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. Two 2-person ocean kayaks are available complimentary with the rental - area is great for snorkeling - located on the second largest reef in the world.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
